The Master of Fine Art (M.F.A) is a two year, full time programme. Each academic session is divided in two semesters. At “Tecnia Institute of Art and Design” the (M.F.A) course offer an exciting critically engaged programme for emerging artists.
The curriculum is based on a combination of theory and professional practices. The programme encourages student to create, present and interpret their work with intellectual rigor and refined skill. The course comprises the following papers: History of Indian Painting, Western Painting, Creative Composition, Seminar, Exhibition and Viva, Dissertation.

Master of Performing Arts (MPA) is a Postgraduate degree of Vocal Music, Tabla, Kathak & Bharatnatyam dance. The degree is mostly conferred in India after completion of 2 years programme in MPA. This programme is mainly designed to impart depth knowledge of music through theory and practicals. This can be a dream course for the creative artistic souls who love to perform and also want to have a complete knowledge of the skills. The students who enrol for Masters in Performing arts, majority of them pursue Ph.D later on if the students does not opt for higher studies they easily manage to earn good money and recognition.

PG Diploma (VOCAL, TABLA, KATHAK, BHARATANATYAM)

• Eligibility: B.A in relevant subject or BA in different subject with 6 years of Diploma
• Upper Age Limit: 27 Years

MA in music is also a Master degree course. students who have done BA (Hons) in music, can do MA in Music. It is a two years programme and the course includes a comprehensive and thorough study and practice of music as a discipline at an advanced level. The students have the option to choose between vocal and instrumental courses. Similarly MA in Dance can be done by students who can opt kathak or Bharatnatyam Dance based on graduation degree.
